One of a kind table lamp of the Light Machinery series by Jeff Jacobson

Stainless steel miniature train wheels with ball bearing inserts are combined with a pair of connecting rods from a 1938 Buick. The trio of train wheels rotate along the top rim of an antique cast iron pulley faced with a leather drive belt from a vintage lathe. Bronze bushings allow for a smooth shade adjustment. There are nearly 50 custom machined and fabricated components.
